Privacy We don't like it when companies sell our names and information to other companies, so we don't do that to you. Everything you tell us is completely confidential. Once in a while we may send you a quick email to let you know about new artists, designs, or other fun stuff. If you'd rather not get those messages from us, just send an email to customerservice@sparkbabyapparel.com with "unsubscribe" in the subject line. Shipping We like to keep things simple. Orders are processed within two business days.We ship via USPS First Class Mail. It's a flat $4.95 for up to three onesies. If you buy four or more, we'll pay for the shipping. As of now, we only ship within the U.S. Returns and Exchanges Here's our policy: It's short and sweet. If there's anything wrong, let us know. We ask that returns happen within 14 days of purchase, but we're willing to make exceptions (we can't accept returns or exchanges on washed or worn items of course). And if you're returning a gift, we're happy to exchange it for any other design/size we carry. Just send us an email at customerservice@sparkbabyapparel.com and we'll do our best to make you happy.
